My point in writing the post wasn't to deter would-be employees or expose bad business practices; I simply wanted my experience documented for posterity. I'm sure STP's next move will be to block all non-work-related sites and install some sort of productivity-tracking device in every employee's computer. Then the death camps will come... If there's anything that upper-management at STP have proven recently, it's that they're completely out of touch with reality. I'm surprised they haven't had IT block your blog and similar sites - much easier to censor dissidents than actually address concerns that people have.
